- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately after 3 years of using LPFP, my family and I have no alternative but to switch practices. Dr. Douglas Chen is a very nice doctor, but the practice as a whole has not met our needs. My Wife has had 3 appointments in which she has shown up for, only to wait for over 45 minutes after checking in, to turn around and leave. Patients have families, families have needs, and it's sad that after having a patient leave work on the dot to go to a scheduled appointment and have our baby sitter work extra, that she cannot even be seen in a reasonable time frame, let alone at all. I'm truly disappointed in their service and treatment of my Wife. You bill when patients no show, but what do you do for patients who you neglect appointment times...?January 31, 2017by Stephen Hughes
