  It's horibble horrible, I sent my two stuffed pandas to her place, it was scheduled for pick up on Saturday, she pushed it off to the best Thursday, and then she pushed it off to the Friday which is a week later than our early agreement, and when we argued with her, instead of her fault she thinks it's just mis understanding. It was originally 2 five dollar worth panda, and I paid 100dollar for their repairment. After pushing it off for a whole week, we came back, looking at the pandas that I can't even recognize and one of the pandas nose is skewed and have two holes on it. And after we show her the original pictures of my stuffed panda, she refuse to admit that theirs anything wrong with the pandas and said that they are "perfect", which their absolutely not, and claimed that it's heavy labor to change two prices of fur for two small stuffed animals and, quote on quote, claimed that "she would like her money" and in the exact words, "you should've just gotten new ones". Which means she clearly don't understand the emotional attachments a person have towards a doll if they are willing to pay 100 for their repairment.
